Aqaab's Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item for a refund you must send it back within 14 days of receiving your original order. However, we do not refund delivery cost of returns.

You can also exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The price of the exchange item should be the same as the price which you purchased the original product. You must pay for the return delivery costs.

If an item you received is not what you ordered, please send it back to us with a note and we’ll refund you as soon as it’s arrived back at our warehouse. If you still want the correct item, please order through our website as normal.
